Manhunt Launched After Double Shooting in Kensington Leaves Two Injured
A manhunt is underway following a double shooting in Ladbroke Grove, West London, which left an eight-year-old girl and a 34-year-old man seriously injured.
Police were called to Southern Row, Kensington, at approximately 5:34 PM on Sunday, November 24, after reports of gunfire. Armed officers and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service responded to the scene.

Incident Details
The victims, an eight-year-old girl and a 34-year-old man, were treated for gunshot wounds before being transported to hospital. The Metropolitan Police confirmed that the young girl is in a stable condition, while an update on the man’s condition is awaited. A 32-year-old woman was also taken to hospital as a precaution, though she was not physically injured.
Detectives have established a large crime scene on Southern Row as inquiries continue. Forensic teams are examining the area, and officers are conducting door-to-door inquiries and reviewing local CCTV footage.

A local resident described the scene as “chaotic,” noting the heavy police presence and road closures that followed the incident. “There were helicopters overhead for what felt like an hour, and police cars just kept coming. Everyone was in shock—it’s not something you expect to see around here.”
