These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the VPNews website at vpnews.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by VPNews Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

VPNews publishes court reports and coverage of legal proceedings. Users should be aware of the following:
- Court reports are prepared from information available at the time of publication and are subject to the principle of open justice.
- Reporting restrictions may apply to certain proceedings under various statutes including the Contempt of Court Act 1981, the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999, and the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992.
- Under the sub judice rule (Contempt of Court Act 1981), publications that create a substantial risk of serious prejudice to active court proceedings may constitute contempt of court.
- Verdicts, sentences, and legal outcomes reported are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Appeals and subsequent proceedings may alter outcomes.
- VPNews is not a legal advisory service. Our court reporting is for informational purposes and should not be taken as legal advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales:
- The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
