This ebike has the capability to exceed 40mph on throttle alone, effectively classifying it as a motorcycle under UK law. Furthermore, it lacks the necessary registration, insurance, and certification required for a vehicle of its type.

What is particularly concerning is that in the video, the individual encounters a marked West Midlands Police car while riding this illegal ebike.
