"PD Snow Detains Runaway Drugs Suspect Who Injured Officer"

A dangerous suspect who injured a police officer was succesfully apprehended later by one of his colleagues, Police Dog Snow.

PD Snow took down a dangerous suspect following a frantic chase through Wolverhampton, in an incident which saw the recovery of deadly weapons from the suspect's car.

The drama began shortly after 12:35 am on Castlecroft Road when officers approached a parked vehicle with a man inside to question its occupant. During the interaction, an officer attempted to remove the keys from the ignition. At this point the lawless driver made a desperate move and sped off, dragging the officer a short distance. The officer was left with a nasty arm injury and was rushed to hospital.

Later that day, vigilant traffic officers spotted the rogue vehicle on Bradmore Road. Still in no mood to cooperate, the reckless driver made a break for it, triggering a high-speed chase. When the suspect bolted from the car, PD Snow was unleashed, sprinting after the suspect and putting and and detain him.

PD Snow's human colleages went on to recover a large machete and a combat knife from the vehicle. A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault, dangerous driving, and possession of weapons and drugs.

In carrying out his critical role, PD Snow showed his determination and commitment to his work in supporting his colleagues and his unwavering commitment bringing to justice those who prove themselves a menace to society. The suspect remains in custody as investigations continue.
