ABDUL ABDELSALAM ABOUSAAD, 31, from Egypt, has been charged with attempting to groom and meet a 13 year old School Girl for Sex.

He is accused of communicating online with the child in a sexual manner before arranging a clandestine encounter for the purpose of sexually exploiting the child.
