This marks yet another blatant violation of road traffic laws, and it's disheartening to see no action being taken by the authorities.

As we wait for a response from the West Midlands Police, I urge them to take decisive action to address this matter and ensure the safety of our community. It's crucial that we uphold the law and hold individuals accountable for their actions.
