Gabrielle Carrington Remanded in Custody Ahead of Old Bailey Attempted Murder Trial
Former X Factor contestant Gabrielle Carrington remains remanded in custody ahead of her Old Bailey trial over an alleged nightclub car attack in Soho.
A procedural timeline has been confirmed at the Central Criminal Court for former X Factor finalist Gabrielle Carrington, also known as RIELLUK, who denies attempted murder and causing grievous bodily harm with intent following an incident outside a central London venue. Carrington was ordered to remain remanded in custody.
During an administrative review before Her Honour Judge Whitehouse KC, counsel was agreed regarding the case timetable and procedural next steps.
The Crown alleges that Carrington, 29, known online as RielleUK, struck social media influencer Klaudia Zakrzewska with a car outside the Inca nightclub in Soho.
All matters concerning the defendant remain Crown allegations until a formal verdict is reached. The case now proceeds to trial at the Old Bailey, with proceedings scheduled to commence on 5 January.
