Prosecutors allege the incident occurred following a physical dispute involving several individuals outside the Inca nightclub near the London Palladium.
Klaudia Zakrzewska, 33, remains in a critical and life-threatening condition in hospital as a result of catastrophic internal injuries.
Anoush Chyche, a security guard in his 50s, sustained permanent and life-changing injuries while a second woman, Latisha Armstrong, was treated for actual bodily harm.
Breathalyser tests conducted at the scene allegedly showed Carrington had 61 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, which is nearly double the legal limit.
Dressed in a grey tracksuit and standing with her hands on her hips, Carrington did not enter any pleas during the brief administrative hearing on Tuesday.
District Judge Nina Tempia ordered that the defendant be held in prison until the next hearing at the Central Criminal Court.
The defendant was observed gesturing a heart sign toward the public gallery as she was led from the dock by court officers.
David Malone, deputy chief crown prosecutor for the CPS in London North, issued a statement following the hearing reminding the public that proceedings are now active.
The Crown Prosecution Service has emphasized that there should be no reporting or sharing of information online that could prejudice the defendant’s right to a fair trial.
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Specialist Crime South unit continue to review forensic evidence and viral mobile phone footage captured at the scene.
Carrington, who is known professionally by the moniker RIELLEUK, is scheduled to appear at the Old Bailey for a plea and trial preparation hearing on May 19.
